Warranty

Jiangsu Panshuo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. promises to provide a 18-month quality guarantee for the "PerFect Fan" brand products produced by our company from the date of manufacture. If the product is damaged or cannot work properly due to quality problems during the warranty period, our company will repair or replace parts for the user free of charge (excluding belts, filters and other wearing parts or consumables). In addition, the company does not bear any other expenses and losses. ("Jiangsu Panshuo Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd." is the name of "Jiangsu Panli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd." after the share reform on September 26, 2024).

Limitation and Exemption Clauses

This warranty does not include repairs or replacements caused by the following reasons:

(1) The actual operating conditions of the product deviate from the conditions agreed in the contract (including but not limited to temperature, corrosiveness, gas composition, power supply, system main force, etc.);

(2) Equipment damage caused by improper product maintenance, on-site accidents, failure to perform overheat protection or long-term reverse operation, etc., which seriously violate the "Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual" regulations;

(3) Unauthorized product disassembly, reassembly or modification;

(4) The serial number is changed, removed or incorrect;

(5) Equipment damage caused by the on-site installation process;

(6) The buyer does not use the product properly in accordance with the instructions in the installation and maintenance manual, or the equipment is damaged by human factors.
